The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining organized office systems.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and administrative activities Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence Maintain office files, records, and documentation Monitor and order office supplies and equipment Assist with basic HR and accounting administrative tasks Ensure office policies and procedures are followed Support management and team members as required
