Job Description

Role Overview The Front Office Executive will manage client interactions, scheduling, basic accounts, and daily administration. The ideal candidate must have good IT skills, be proficient in Excel, and maintain a polite and cooperative attitude with parents and therapists. --- Key Responsibilities Greet parents and handle all client-facing communication (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins). Manage therapist schedules and session timings. Maintain attendance and session records in Excel/Google Sheets. Assist with invoicing, receipts, and basic accounting entries. Track pending payments and follow up politely. Maintain files, therapy logs, and front office organization. Basic troubleshooting for printer, emails, and office systems. --- Required Skills Strong IT skills (Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp Business). Good Excel knowledge (formulas, sorting, data entry). Basic accounting knowledge. Excellent communication and polite client-handling. Organized, responsible, cooperative attitude.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
