We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Office Administrator

to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, handling communications, and assisting with human resources tasks. This is a key role in creating a productive and efficient working environment for the entire office.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations. Prepare financial reports as needed. Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience

in office administration or related roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well with all team members.
