The Office Assistant supports daily administrative operations and ensures the smooth functioning of the office. This role involves handling clerical tasks, coordinating with different departments, maintaining records, and assisting staff with routine administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Maintain and update office records, files, and documents.
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic documentation.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders when required.
Support HR and accounts departments with data entry and paperwork.
Ensure office cleanliness and coordination with housekeeping staff.
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and logistics.
Perform other administrative duties as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of record-keeping and documentation procedures.
