We are an online fashion store operating from within a resort, offering curated clothing and accessories to customers through digital platforms. We are looking for a smart and organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support smooth online business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and store coordination
Handle order processing, packing coordination, and customer communication.
Maintain product records, stock updates, and inventory documentation.
Assist with online platform updates (price changes, product uploads, basic content)
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Coordinate with resort management, suppliers, and delivery partners.
Ensure smooth back-office operations for the online store.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing (or relevant experience)
Prior experience in office admin or online store support is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online tools)
Good communication skills in Malayalam ,Hindi and English
Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions professionally
Responsible, organized, and punctual
Preferred Skills
Experience with online sales platforms or social media selling
Customer service and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
