This role entails preparing daily sales reports, maintaining attendance records, and managing interview processes. Key responsibilities include creating and updating Excel sheets, coordinating interview schedules, and leveraging platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri for recruitment.
The candidate will manage office phone operations, track communications, and monitor camera feeds while addressing any technical issues. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with attendance tracking and recruitment processes is a plus.
