Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Handle client communications professionally via email, phone, and in-person. Maintain office records, files, and databases systematically. Assist in accounting tasks using

Tally

(invoicing, payments, expenses). Prepare reports, letters, and internal documentation. Support the sales and marketing team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client coordination. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Manage inventory of office and promotional materials. Ensure smooth workflow and maintain office discipline.

Requirements:



Education:

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in office administration or related role, preferably in branding, gifting, or marketing companies.

Skills:

Proficient in

Tally

, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
