Manage daily office operations and ensure campus cleanliness and discipline.
Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities.
Maintain stock of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Manage institute assets and keep inventory records.
Maintain student records, admission files, ID cards, and attendance logs.
Support admission processing, enquiry handling, and documentation.
Handle student certificates, bonafide letters, academic documents , and mark sheets.
Provide assistance during exams, events, and academic activities
Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for schedules, meetings, and events.
Manage staff attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.
Assist in staff recruitment, on boarding, and training arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
Prepare official letters, circulars, notices, and reports.
Maintain communication between management, parents, and staff.
Support planning and execution of academic programs, seminars, and events.
Manage classroom readiness, audio-visual arrangements, and facility bookings.
Oversee transport, hostel , and safety compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA or Diploma in Admin preferred
1-3 years of experience in administration (preferably in an educational institution)
