Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and recording minutes.
Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle visitor management and maintain front-desk operations.
Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
