Job Description

The Office Administrator provides comprehensive support to ensure efficient operations within the the office. This role handles various organizational and clerical tasks, supporting the team in daily activities and ensuring smooth office functionality.

Key Responsibilities



Office Management

: Maintain organized files, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Front desk management

- Handle walk-ins, maintain visitor logs, and provide information about programs and schedules

Calendar & Scheduling

: Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff and classes for the students as needed.

Communication

: Serve as a liaison between staff and external contacts, including responding to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally.

Document Preparation

: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.

Data Entry & Management

: Accurately enter, maintain, and update records and databases.

Expense Management

: Track expenses, prepare budget reports, and handle reimbursements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
