Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Office Management:
Maintain and update
staff and labour details
regularly.
Monitor and record
staff attendance
and leave data.
Assist in
purchase coordination
, including vendor communication and follow-ups.
Support
contractor coordination
and maintain related documentation.
Prepare and maintain
Excel reports
, records, and databases.
Assist in
billing, petty cash handling
, and other office accounts support.
Manage day-to-day
office correspondence
, filing, and record keeping.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle calls, emails, and communication efficiently and professionally.
Skills & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
B.Com (Commerce background preferred).
Languages:
Fluent in
English, Hindi, and Malayalam
(spoken & written).
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of
MS Excel
, MS Office, and email correspondence.
Soft Skills:
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
