Job Description

We are seeking a

smart, efficient, and hardworking Office Administrator

to handle daily office operations and coordination tasks. The candidate should be fluent in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

, proficient in

MS Excel

, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative & Office Management:



Maintain and update

staff and labour details

regularly. Monitor and record

staff attendance

and leave data. Assist in

purchase coordination

, including vendor communication and follow-ups. Support

contractor coordination

and maintain related documentation. Prepare and maintain

Excel reports

, records, and databases. Assist in

billing, petty cash handling

, and other office accounts support. Manage day-to-day

office correspondence

, filing, and record keeping. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations. Handle calls, emails, and communication efficiently and professionally.

Skills & Requirements:



Educational Qualification:

B.Com (Commerce background preferred).

Languages:

Fluent in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

(spoken & written).

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

, MS Office, and email correspondence.

Soft Skills:

Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Personal Traits:

Prompt, hardworking, disciplined, and reliable.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
