Position Overview



We are seeking a

responsible and organized Office Administrator

to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth running of the convention centre's business processes.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

event and hall bookings

and maintain accurate booking schedules. Manage communication with clients, vendors, and service teams. Oversee

billing, payment follow-ups, and documentation

. Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities. Support management with daily reports and operational updates. Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or hospitality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication). Prior experience in event management, hotel, or convention centre preferred. Positive attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
