Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage all administrative and operational activities at both warehouses (Athani & Chengamanad). Supervise and monitor staff, ensuring proper discipline, attendance, and work efficiency. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow between both locations. Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly reports related to attendance, stock, vehicle movement, and other admin activities. Handle basic office administration including documentation, filing, record keeping, and communication. Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of office and warehouse premises. Support management in executing company policies and maintaining coordination between departments. Travel between both warehouses as per schedule and report any issues or requirements to management.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or operations. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage staff efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and reporting.

Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory.

Should be willing to travel daily between Athani and Chengamanad.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
