Job Description

We are looking for a

proactive and organized Office Administrator

who can efficiently manage

administrative and HR-related functions

. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of computer systems and office software.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee

day-to-day office administration

, including correspondence, documentation, and record maintenance. Handle

HR functions

such as recruitment coordination, employee attendance, payroll assistance, and staff welfare activities. Maintain

personnel files, leave records, and statutory compliance

documentation. Manage

vendor relations

, office supplies, and service providers. Ensure

smooth communication and workflow

within the office. Maintain

confidentiality

of company and employee information. Oversee

daily job allocation and workflow management

to ensure timely task completion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
