. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning across departments while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal sub-teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Assist management in operational planning and process improvements.
Monitor office supplies, handle procurement, and support general office maintenance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in office administration, coordination, or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
is a must.
