We are looking for a
smart, organized, and people-oriented Office Administrator
to manage
client communication, sales coordination, and daily office operations
at our
Kozhikode office
.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Handle all
client inquiries, updates, and communications
professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent
client service experience
.
Schedule client meetings, prepare presentations, and support the design/sales team.
Sales Coordination
Assist the
sales team
with leads, quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
Update and manage
CRM / enquiry tracking system
.
Coordinate between
clients, design, and project execution teams
to ensure smooth workflow.
Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations and internal communication.
Maintain client records, project files, and payment tracking.
Support management in preparing
reports, MIS, and performance summaries
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration / Commerce / Management / Architecture
or equivalent.
2-4 years
of experience in
client coordination, sales administration, or office management
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?14,059.91 per month
Work Location: In person
