We're seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support our engineering and technical teams. You'll coordinate office operations, manage procurement, assist with documentation, and ensure smooth communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating daily office operations to support engineering, sales, and technical teams
Managing procurement of office and technical supplies, ensuring seamless project execution
Assisting with documentation for client proposals, vendor contracts, and compliance forms
Overseeing scheduling and calendar management for cross-functional meetings
Supporting HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and employee record management
Interfacing with clients, vendors, and partners to maintain smooth communication channels
Helping track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with finance teams
Ensuring the office is tech-enabled, secure, and optimized for productivity
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Excellent language skill in English
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience (min1 year) in office administration preferred
