Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized

Office Administrator

to manage the day-to-day operations of our office.

This role includes general administrative duties as well as supervision of housekeeping staff, security personnel, drivers, and other facility support staff. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs efficiently and maintains a professional, clean, and safe working environment.

Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office. Greet visitors and direct them appropriately. Answer phones, manage correspondence, and handle email communication. Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement. Organize meetings, appointments, and internal events. Ensure accurate filing and documentation practices. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises. Manage security personnel and ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures. Oversee drivers and ensure proper vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and documentation. Support finance team with invoice tracking, petty cash management, and basic bookkeeping.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role.

Pay: From ?40,000.00 per month
