Office Administrator

to support our operations, manage customer leads and ensure smooth office management. If you have a passion for travel and tourism and want to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities



Enter, update and track leads in the company CRM system. Monitor the status of leads and assist the operations and sales team with follow-ups. Convert raw tour package content into well-written, professional customer-ready material/itinerary in MS Office. Collect and organize travel information from various sources into MS Word documents with proper formatting. Communicate with suppliers, service providers and customers for bookings, quotations and inquiries. Provide basic support with financial data entry (invoices, receipts, and expense logs). Assist in preparing simple reports and maintaining financial records. Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, supplies, and administrative tasks. Support the management team with operational tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience



Prior administrative experience preferred, ideally in the travel or service industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity/aptitude to learn the web based CRM systems and other booking websites. Strong documention and formatting skills. Enthusiasm for the travel and tourism industry.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
