Job Description

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning, handling banking activities, and carrying out tasks as directed by management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage overall office administration including filing, documentation, correspondence, and record keeping. Handle daily banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearance, and other bank-related tasks. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and coordinate procurement as required. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and ensure office facilities are well maintained. Support HR and Finance departments in routine administrative requirements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner. Prepare and circulate internal communications, memos, and reports. Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions. Carry out additional tasks or special assignments as directed by the management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
