Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) Prepare and update ledgers in accounting software Create and format PDF documents (invoices, quotations, event reports) Prepare basic financial reports for internal use Ensure accurate documentation of bills, receipts, and vendor payments Assist in GST filings and reconciliations (if applicable) Coordinate with the event team for event-related billing entries
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PDF tools (Adobe / online PDF editors) Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle documentation efficiently
