Job Description

Admission process & updating student data Making calls to students with regards to fee payment, fee pending, educational loan
processes & exam results

Updating status on fee collection, refund, exam fee to respective department Preparation of letters for fee demand & issue of letters for identification purpose Calling students for supplementary exams & updating data on the same Intimating students on exam reschedule or such other matter due to uncertain
circumstances

Preparation of student data with respect to admission, fee collection, refund, placement Consolidate email Id of parents for various intimation Updating & Issuing fees due list Attending students & parents calls on various queries & concerns Sending fee structure to students & parents on a timely manner. Sending appreciation letter to students who placed through campus recruitment Adhere to all policies and procedures of reporting as defined by organisation. Updating oneself with changing syllabus, and delivery pattern as and when required. General administrative duties of Admin Department. Any other assignments from the management time to time.
