Gemac Facilities LLP is looking for a responsible, energetic, and professional
Administration Executive (Male)
to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with field technicians, handle customer enquiries, perform site surveys, and support billing and payment collection activities. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate Technicians
Assign daily jobs to field technicians
Track their work progress and ensure timely completion
Maintain attendance and daily work updates
2. Handle Customer Enquiries
Attend calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
Share service details, pricing, and book appointments
Follow up with customers when needed
3. Conduct Site Surveys
Visit customer locations for basic inspection
Understand their requirement and share details with the team
Prepare simple site notes or photos for reference
4. Manage Billing & Payments
Prepare quotations and invoices
Collect payments from customers
Maintain proper records of all bills and collections
5. General Office Administration
Maintain customer and service records
Help with stock checking of chemicals and materials
Support in planning schedules and AMC follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
