Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Staff Attendance & Leave Management:


- Monitor and manage the attendance of all branch staff, including faculty and administrative employees.
- Appropriately handle staff leave requests and ensure proper documentation is submitted.
- Provide regular attendance reports to the HR department for payroll and performance tracking.

2. Class and Batch Coordination:


- Oversee the smooth coordination of all classes and batches at the branch.
- Ensure that classes are scheduled properly, faculty are on time, and all students are informed of any schedule changes.
- Address any issues regarding class scheduling and batch assignments, making adjustments as needed.

3. Facility Management & Branch Maintenance:


- Regularly monitor the maintenance of the branch premises to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Ensure that classrooms are locked and secured after hours, lights and electronic devices are turned off, and the branch is kept in a tidy and professional condition at all times.
- Ensure that common areas, washrooms, and classrooms are cleaned and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Report any facility maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department and follow up until resolved.
- Note down any facility requirements (e.g., equipment, classroom materials) and communicate them to the Offline Branch Coordinator.

4. Faculty Attendance and Performance:

Ensure that all faculty members are accurately taking student attendance for each class.
- Regularly review faculty performance, noting any deficiencies in teaching or operational activities.
- Report any faculty deficiencies or performance issues to the Offline Branch Coordinator for appropriate follow-up or action.

5. Handling Queries and Walk-Ins:


- Serve as the first point of contact for all direct queries from students, faculty, or parents at the offline branch.
- Act as the office manager by addressing walk-ins to the branch office and guiding them on necessary procedures.
- Provide information to prospective students or parents and assist in the enrollment process.

6. Disciplinary Management:


- Ensure discipline is maintained within the branch, enforcing rules and regulations set by the organization.
- Address any behavioral issues or conflicts among students or staff and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Work with faculty and administrative staff to create a positive, productive, and respectful learning environment.

7. Team and Staff Management:


- Lead and motivate a team of faculty and staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work culture within the branch.

8. Financial Management:


- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review goals, discuss concerns, and provide feedback on performance.
- Handle petty cash dealings, ensuring accurate tracking of all expenses and reimbursements.
- Collect and process bills, ensuring they are submitted to the accounts team for timely payment and record keeping.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions related to the branch operations and submit monthly reports to the Offline Branch Coordinator

9. Administrative Support:


- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing documentation, preparing reports, and handling communications.
- Ensure all operational processes are being followed effectively, from student registrations to course completions.

10. Branch Operations & Reporting:


- Maintain an organized record of all operational activities, including student attendance, faculty performance, and facility usage.
- Report all issues related to branch operations, facilities, or staffing to the Offline Branch Coordinator and collaborate on solutions.

11. Communication & Reporting:


- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Offline Branch Coordinator and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Provide regular updates to the Offline Branch Coordinator regarding branch performance, attendance data, and facility needs.
- Document and track all branch-related activities and report on any issues or improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
