MiBestie is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and initiative. This is a hybrid role, requiring both remote and occasional in-office presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior executives
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails and calls
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the leadership team
Assist with project tracking, follow-ups, and deadline management
Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
Provide general administrative support and help with office tasks during on-site days
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in Kannada and English (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
Additional Requirements:
Must have a personal laptop in good working condition
Availability to attend in-person meetings or tasks when required
Compensation:
Probationary Period (1 month): ?6,000
Post-Probation:
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on performance)
