Admin Manager Roles & Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

Manage attendance: Drivers, Security, Office Boys, Watchmen, Clerks. Oversee cleaning & maintenance: Cars, Office, Commercial spaces, Pantry, Restrooms. Check car essentials: Fuel, Water bottles, Pens, Papers, Spare tire, Fastag, Insurance & RC documents. Inspect facilities: Lift, DG, Lights, Printers, ACs, Water supply, Conference rooms, Pantry, Meter readings, Stationery. Coordinate operations: Clerks' travel, Rent & bill collections, Site admin, Landlines, DG fuel, Motor conditions.

Weekly Tasks:

Maintain & clean guest house.

Monthly Tasks:

Finance & Operations:

Rent & EB bills, Invoices, Agreements, Office vacancy management.

Events & Purchases:

Budget allocation, Bill verification, Google Drive updates.

Payments & Stock:

Salaries, Telecom bills, Office supplies, AMC payments, Rental house maintenance.

Facility Management:

MD Sir's travel & hospitality, Guest arrangements, Miscellaneous purchases.

Every 6 Months:

Clean water & sump tanks. Renew car pollution certificates. Renew email IDs.

Yearly Tasks:

Commercial Maintenance:

Lift & DG AMC, Transformer service, Microsoft Office & other software renewals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
