We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations, coordinate with financial institutions, and support data management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and a keen sense of organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Computer Operations:
Proficient use of office software (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Bank Coordination:
Liaise with banks for account management, documentation, and financial transactions.
Data Entry & Management:
Accurately input and maintain data in company systems and databases.
Valuation Report Preparation:
Assist in compiling and formatting valuation reports based on provided data and templates.
Administrative Support:
Handle general office duties including filing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and external agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation in any field
Strong knowledge of computers and office software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience in administrative or banking coordination roles is a plus
