Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, reception, and general administration.
Manage office supplies, stock inventory, and vendor coordination.
Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping (physical & digital).
Support HR with onboarding, attendance records, and staff coordination.
Manage housekeeping, facility upkeep, and liaise with service providers.
Assist finance team with petty cash handling, expense tracking, and basic billing support.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and schedules for staff and management.
Maintain office compliance registers and ensure adherence to policies.
Act as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
Familiarity with HR and basic accounting support is an added advantage.
