We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administration Staff to support daily operations, handle coordination between departments, and ensure smooth management of office and site activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office and site administrative operations.
Manage attendance, staff records, and payroll coordination.
Handle procurement, quotations, and vendor communication.
Maintain inventory and logistics tracking for materials and tools.
Assist in documentation, report preparation, and filing systems.
Coordinate between factory, site, and management teams for smooth workflow.
Support HR functions like recruitment coordination and new staff onboarding.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management at the site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
