We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and assist in coordinating office procedures.
Responsibilities:
Office maintenance
Office policies
Work closely with HR, finance, logistics, and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain and update records, ensuring confidential information is handled with discretion.
Facilitate office supplies, IT equipment, and other resources needed for efficient operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with office management
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
