Admin Executive
who can handle overall administrative work efficiently. The candidate should be capable of managing daily office coordination, documentation, and communication. Necessary training will be provided from the office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination work
Manage documentation, records, and filing (physical & digital)
Attend and manage phone calls; provide correct information to callers
Respond to messages, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Coordinate with internal teams and management for routine tasks
Maintain office data, reports, and follow-ups
Support management with general administrative assistance
Requirements:
Proven experience in an Admin role preferred
Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Training:
Complete job-related training will be provided from the office
Preferred Candidate:
Someone who can manage overall admin work properly and responsibly
Immediate joiner preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
