Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk communication
Prepare, file, and maintain documents and records
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist with basic HR tasks such as attendance and onboarding paperwork
Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Maintain confidentiality of company information
