, requiring a multitasker with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Office Management
Oversee daily office functioning: cleanliness, utilities, pantry, and office supplies.
Maintain inventory of stationery, consumables, and reorder levels.
Manage AMC and maintenance for office systems (AC, printers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, IT equipment).
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility staff.
B. Front Desk & Reception
Handle calls, emails, and visitor management.
Maintain visitor logs and schedule appointments.
Manage courier (inward/outward) with proper tracking.
C. HR Support (Basic Level)
Maintain staff attendance records.
Assist with interview scheduling & onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee files and ID cards.
Support HR in small tasks like training arrangements, notices, etc.
D. Department Support
Provide documentation help to Sales, Purchase, Projects, and Accounts teams.
Print/scan/manage files for tenders, invoices, agreements, and office records.
Assist in travel bookings and hotel arrangements.
E. Vendor & Expense Management
Maintain vendor list and coordinate for quotation, service, and billing.
Track monthly expenses: internet, electricity, water, housekeeping.
Submit monthly admin expense file to Accounts.
F. Meeting & Event Support
Prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and assist during client visits.
Support in-company events, training sessions, and celebrations.
G. Internal Coordination
Circulate notices, follow-ups, reminders, and internal communication.
Act as the central coordination point for all office-related queries.
