Office Administrator
to ensure efficient office operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a disciplined, well-organized work environment.
Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, correspondence, and email communication.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Maintain office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative requirements.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure smooth office functioning.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and professional approach to work.
Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting is an advantage.
