We are looking for a proactive and reliable

Office Coordinator (Admin)

to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. The role involves handling both

indoor and outdoor responsibilities

, ensuring smooth coordination and support across departments.

Key Responsibilities



Manage general office administration, documentation, and filing. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers. Handle bank-related work, government office visits, and other outdoor tasks. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness. Assist management with scheduling, communication, and follow-ups. Support daily operational activities and ensure timely task completion.

Requirements



1-3 years of experience in

office coordination or administration

. Must be

comfortable with outdoor work

(bank/vendor visits). Good communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of

MS Office and email correspondence

. Honest, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
