Job Title: Admin Executive / Office Administrator



Department: Administration

Reporting To: Director / HR Manager

Job Summary:



Responsible for daily office and factory administration, vendor coordination, staff attendance, and facility management to ensure smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain office and factory cleanliness, supplies, and equipment.

Manage vendor quotations, purchase orders, and bills.

Keep attendance, leave, and staff record updates.

Handle calls, emails, couriers, and visitor coordination.

Maintain files, documents, and asset records.

Support HR in onboarding and staff arrangements.

Arrange maintenance, repair, and housekeeping work.

Assist in events, audits, and compliance records.

Requirements:



Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred).

2-5 years experience in admin or office management.

Good in MS Excel, communication, and coordination.

Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
