to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and support management in organizational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and ensure timely procurement.
Assist management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and IT systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist in implementing administrative policies and procedur
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum
1 year
of experience in administration, office management, or executive assistance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
