We are looking for a diligent and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain accurate registers and logs, and ensure smooth functioning of office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update office registers, logs, and records accurately (attendance, inventory, equipment, visitor logs, etc.).
Ensure proper documentation and filing of office records.
Assist in day-to-day administrative operations and support office staff as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for office-related requirements.
Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations as required by management.
Monitor office supplies and initiate procurement as needed.
Ensure compliance with office policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
1-2 years in office administration or related role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a corporate office environment.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
