We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support daily operations of our company. You will manage office tasks, assist the team, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and travel documents.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and service providers when required.
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Support HR tasks like attendance, leave records, and scheduling.
Assist sales and operations teams with admin-related tasks.
Welcome visitors and provide general office support.
Requirements
Prior experience as Office Admin/Front Office/Assistant preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced travel environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
