Jet Tech Infra is seeking a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to support our Accounts and HR departments with daily administrative and data-entry tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Accounts & HR heads with data entry and documentation
Prepare and update reports in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Coordinate with internal departments as needed
Manage day-to-day admin tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
Basic understanding of office systems and admin processes
Experience with document handling and simple follow-ups is a plus
