Manage office supplies, files, and general admin tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and courier services
Maintain attendance records and basic documentation
Assist HR and other departments in admin-related support
Organize meetings, travel bookings, and office events
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in an admin role preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Friendly, responsible & detail-oriented personality
