Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Administrator
to oversee and manage administrative operations across our educational institutions, including
International School, University, MBA College, and Pharmacy College
. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning in line with academic and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Operations
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities of the institutions
Ensure smooth coordination between academic departments, HR, finance, and facilities
Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures
Maintain institutional discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency
Regulatory & Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
Coordinate with government bodies, universities, councils, and regulatory authorities
Support audits, inspections, accreditations, and affiliations (NAAC, AICTE, PCI, UGC, CBSE/IB/IGCSE, as applicable)
Maintain records, documentation, and statutory registers
Infrastructure & Facility Management
Manage campus infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance
Coordinate vendor management and service contracts
Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with campus norms
Admissions & Student Support
Support admissions processes and ensure administrative readiness
Handle student administration, grievances, and parent coordination
Ensure smooth conduct of examinations, events, and academic schedules
Staff Coordination & Supervision
Supervise non-teaching staff and outsourced manpower
Monitor attendance, duty allocation, and performance
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary matters
Financial & Asset Administration
Monitor administrative budgets and cost controls
Oversee procurement, inventory, and asset management
Ensure proper documentation and approvals for expenses
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of educational administration and compliance
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple institutions and stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/education management systems
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
