Akuntha Projects Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administration Intern to assist in day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in office management, coordination, and basic marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration tasks.
Handle emails, calls, and internal communications.
Organize and maintain documentation, files, and digital records.
Prepare basic reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed.
Support the marketing team with data collection, follow-ups, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
