Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Organize meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage calendars for senior executives.
Handle internal and external communications via email, phone, and in-person.
Maintain and organize physical and digital office files, records, and documents.
Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records and organizing internal events.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive decisions.
Assist in coordinating staff training sessions and company-wide events.
Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming to visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in office administration or executive assistance.
Excellent computer skills
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
Strong email management and communication skills.
Familiarity with basic digital tools (Zoom, task/project management tools, file management apps).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Proactive, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
Good spoken and written English is a must.
Female candidates preferred for this role.
