We're hiring a

Senior Office Coordinator

to manage and streamline administrative operations at our corporate office. This role involves leading a team, managing office systems, supporting key projects, and ensuring smooth daily workflow in a financial services setup.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee admin staff and day-to-day office operations Manage budgets, vendors, and facility needs Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings Serve as the main point of contact for office matters Ensure use of tech tools and smooth internal communication

Requirements:



5-8 years of experience in office/admin management Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office & admin software Experience in financial services preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
