Handling incoming calls, reverting to mails & maintaining information as needed.

Thorough understanding of office management procedures, excellent organizational and time management skills, analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills & proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word)
