Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Admin with Telecalling experience to handle daily administrative tasks, manage client communication, and support our sales and project coordination teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and vendors
Maintain records, files, and project-related documentation
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the internal team for smooth operations
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and assist with billing and documentation
Manage office correspondence and scheduling
Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration and telecalling (minimum 1 year preferred)
Good communication skills in Tamil and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary:
12000 to 15000
