Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Media & Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to the smooth execution of our media campaigns, acting as the key liaison between the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong grasp of basic business processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, approvals, and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution:
Act as the primary point of coordination between the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns from initiation to completion.
Prepare and distribute media availability reports in close coordination with the Sales team to guide client proposals.
Obtain all necessary internal approvals from management and external approvals from principals/partners.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses for management, providing insights into campaign performance and sales metrics.
Assist the sales team in creating and maintaining a comprehensive sales dashboard to track performance against targets.
Financial Administration:
Assist the Finance team in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders for vendors.
Support the client billing process by providing the finance team with all necessary documentation and details in a timely manner.
Act as a support resource for the finance team for any billing-related queries.
Qualifications & Experience
Any Bachelor's degree, Candidates with B.Com background will be preferred.
Approximately 1 year of experience in a coordination role, preferably within media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
Good Communication Skills:
At par verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Intermediate Excel Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, creating charts) for data analysis and reporting.
Strong Organizational Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive & Collaborative:
A self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Problem-Solving Attitude:
Ability to anticipate needs and address challenges efficiently.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
