Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave records, and staff communication
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents
Support accounts team with basic billing, invoices, and expense tracking
Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as Office Admin or similar role
Good knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Basic knowledge of HR and office procedures is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling vendors and office budgeting
Familiarity with HR coordination and compliance
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Working Hours
8 hours per day (as per company policy)
