Handle day-to-day office administrative work
Maintain office files, records, and documents
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Prepare letters, reports, and basic documentation
Coordinate with staff, vendors, and management
Manage office supplies and place orders when required
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Assist in HR and accounts-related basic tasks
Ensure smooth office operations and cleanliness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email,Google sheet)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Ability to work independently and in a team
Organized, responsible, and punctual
Prior office/admin experience is an advantage
